  • Discuss the buying process so you feel informed and confident

Step 3: Start the Home Search

 Let the house hunting begin! I’ll help you tour homes that match your needs and offer professional insights to help you make the best decision.  

Step 4: Make an Offer

 Found the right home? I’ll help you prepare a strong, well-informed offer and negotiate the best possible terms.

Step 5: Clear Subjects

 Once your offer is accepted, we’ll work together to clear any subjects — like the home inspection, financing approval, or reviewing the Property Disclosure Statement. I’ll manage the timeline and paperwork so you stay on track and protected throughout this critical phase.  

Step 6: Finalize Your Financing

 After subjects are removed, your lender will complete the mortgage process. I’ll coordinate with your mortgage broker and legal team to ensure everything is in order for closing.  

Step 7: Closing Day

 The finish line! You’ll sign the final documents, transfer funds, and officially become a homeowner. Then it’s time to celebrate — welcome home!
